In this section we will explain the workflow on how to import docs to your Knowledge Base (i.e our web app).
The workflow is outlined below:
On the dashboard, click on the desired repository, like circled by the orange line.
It will open up the content of your selected repo. Click on the “+” and then “Upload” button.
You could upload the following file types:
.docx(will be converted into Markdown).md(Markdown).jpg(Image).png(Image)
If you are uploading DOCX file it will offer you the following options:
- to convert the whole DOCX file into one single Markdown file (select No)
- to convert the whole DOCX file into multiple Markdown files based on heading 1 (select Yes)
