Job Description

PuzzlesCloud is looking for a professional Sales Director to develop and close opportunities worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be reponsible for sales quotas
  • You will focus on developing strategy within specific markets together with the PuzzlesCloud team
  • You will build a solid network with customers and partners to drive success within the specific market
  • You will orchestrate support from our Product, Technology, and Marketing experts to get everything aligned to close the deal
  • You feel confident dealing with CxOs, IT Management, and other key Decision-Makers

As part of a virtual sales team, you will:

  • Create a consistent plan to drive demand generation with strong leads and opportunity management skills
  • Manage and monitor the leads generation process executed by the marketing team
  • Contact prospects and generate direct leads according to predefined quotas
  • Manage opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations and pitches, short-term, mid-term, and long-term leads, and opportunity management
  • Drive sales cycle from a lead to a closed deal
  • Mapping out customer power matrices that translate into identifying and developing relations with decision-makers and influencers
  • Engage our team resources and closely collaborate with the PuzzlesCloud leadership team to contribute to sales success

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You have a clear understanding of IT-industry selling methodology
  • You are a self-starter
  • You care about the team
  • Your English communication skills are excellent
  • You know how to positively influence peers, partners, and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
  • You have proven deal-closing capabilities

Nice to have is the following experience:

  • 5+ years of sales
  • Selling SaaS product portfolios
  • Building leads and opportunities in the sales funnel
  • Proven track record of maintaining and beating annual quota targets
  • Working with a direct sales model and with Channel Partners
  • Using HubSpot CRM
