Job Description

PuzzlesCloud is looking for new business sales professional to develop and close opportunities worldwide. S/He will be responsible for leads and opportunities which will have been identified either through our sales and marketing funnel, or through our direct contacts. The emphasis will be on identifying specific markets and growing the PuzzlesCloud share on these markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Business Development Director will focus on developing specific strategy within specific markets to drive more PuzzlesCloud portfolio sales through channel partners or directly.
  • The Business Development Director will work well on building strong channel partner network to drive success within the specific market.
  • The Business Development Director will have unlimited support from our Product, Technology and Marketing experts and will lead and co-ordinate virtual sales team.
  • Create a consistent cadence to driving demand generation, with strong leads and opportunity management skills
  • Executive selling skills required, to include various CxOs, IT Management, and other key Decision-Makers
  • Relationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makers and influencers
  • Manage leads and opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations and pitches, short-term, mid-term, and long-term leads and opportunity management
  • Engage our team resources and closely collaborate with the leadership team, to drive business development success

Candidate Background:

Must have:

  • Must have clear understanding of industry selling methodology
  • Must be a self-starter, open to suggestions from the team
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong presenter and closer with the ability to demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
  • Ability to work from home and in the office

Preferred to have:

  • 5+ years managing business development activities
  • Experience with selling SaaS product portfolios
  • Experience on building leads and opportunities sales funnel
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM
  • 5+ years of maintaining and beating annual quota targets
  • 5+ years of experience working with a direct sales model and with Channel Partners
